The motifs on the Conquest Mini Shield Object are inspired by an original 16th-17th century Ottoman shield, now exhibited at the Hermitage Museum in Russia. Reinterpreted through refined craftsmanship, the object reflects the decorative language and ceremonial prestige of Ottoman arms.
